| 摘 要： | 细胞间缝隙连接通讯（gap junctional intercellular communication，GJIC）概念的提出已达40年，随着划痕标记染料示踪（scrape—loading and dye transfer，SLDT）技术和激光扫描共聚焦显微镜下荧光淬灭后恢复（fluorescence redistribution after photobleacing，FRAP）技术的创立，使得近10余年来各学科关于细胞间缝隙连接通讯的研究快速发展，业已成为生命科学的研究热点之一。
