| 摘 要： | 本文用放射免疫法测定50例白血病患者的血清β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)浓度.30例正常人测量值为2.02±0.38mg/L(X±S)。以>3.0mg/L 为增高界限。结果提示:白血病绝大多数病例血清β_2-MG 增高,血清β_2-MG 浓度与病情活动有关,缓解时降低,不降低者提示预后不良,同时β_2-MG 值与白细胞效相关,与骨髓幼稚细胞数无关。笔者认为血清β_2-MG 的动态检查,有助于白血病病情变化的监测。 |

| Abstract: | The concentration of serum β_2-MG was measured in 50 patients with leukemia.The concentra- tion 3.0mg/L was considered as the upper limitation.The results showed that the concentration of serum β_2-MG increased in most of leukemia patients.Moreover,the concentration of serum β_2-MG was relative to the treads of patients's condition.When the patient's condition was remission,it would decrease.If it didn't decrease,that suggests poor prognosis.The concentration of serum β_2-MG was relative to the count of leucocyte and not to the count of juvenile cell in borrow.The authors be- lieve that continually measuring the concentration,of serum β_2-MG is conducive to the observation of the changes of patient's condition in leukemia. |
