| 摘 要： | 乳腺癌的发生、发展与心理因素密切相关,围手术期乳腺癌患者面对着疾病和手术的双重应激,随着生物—心理—社会医学模式的发展,越来越多的研究表明心理应激反应对机体的免疫功能产生重要影响,甚至影响疾病的预后。

| Abstract: | The occurrence and the development of breast cancer are closely related to the psychological factors. Patients with breast cancer during the stage of operation have to face the stress of disease and surgery. With the development of biological-psychological-social medical model,more and more studies have shown that psychological stress have an important impact on the immune function,and even affect the prognosis of the disease. |
