| 摘 要： | 目的：应用HPLC法测定感冒清热口服液中葛根素含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法;色谱柱：ShimpackVP-ODS柱（150mm×4.6mm）;流动相：甲醇-水（24：76）流速：1.0ml/min;检测波长：250nm;进样量：20μl。结果：在进样量0.5μg～4μg范围内,葛根素峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,其回归方程为：A=48895170.86C＋4178.18;r=0.999996,平均回收率为98.98%,RSD=0.55%。结论：本法快速简便,准确,重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective：HPLC determination of puerarin in Ganmaoqingre oral liquid.Methods：Using high performance liquid chromatography;Column：Shim - pack VP - ODS column（150mm×4.6mm）;The mobile phase：methanol - water （24：76）flow rate：1.0ml/min;detection wavelength：250nm;injection volume;20μl.Results：in the sample volume 0.5μg～4μg within the puerarin peak area and sample volume showed good linear relationship between the regression equation is：A = 48895170.86C ＋4178.18;r = 0.999996 The average recovery was 98.98%RSD = 0.55%.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible. |
