摘    要:
目的:研究硫芥中毒对大鼠的止、凝血功能的影响机制。方法:建立大鼠硫芥中毒模型,注射1/4LD50硫芥7d后测定血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板计数(PLC)、有核细胞计数(NC)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维结合蛋白(FN)、纤溶酶(Plm)等指标。结果:硫芥组及各治疗组大鼠Hb、PLC、NC明显低于对照组。硫芥中毒组大鼠血清FN低于对照组,EPO加用四药治疗组FN明显高于硫芥中毒组和其他治疗组。硫芥中毒组APTT、PT均比其他各组延长。结论:硫芥中毒可导致大鼠PLC、Hb、FN减少及内、外源凝血功能降低;促红细胞生成素(EPO)对FN合成有促进作用。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the effective mechanism of Sulfur mustard (SM) poisoning on hemostatic and coagulative functions in rats. Methods: The model of SM poisoning in rats was established 7 days after the injection of 1/4 LD50 SM. The indexes of hemoglobin (Hb) ,platelet count (PLC) ,neacleate cell count (NC) ,prothrombin time(PT) ,activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) ,fibronectin (FN) and plasmin(Plm)were measured. Results: The levels of Hb, PLT, NC in SM group and all the treatment groups were lower than those in the control group significantly. The level of FN in serum in the SM group was lower than that in the control group, but the level of FN in serum in EPO + four drugs group was significantly higher than that in the SM group and other treatment groups. APTT, PT in SM group was longer than that in other groups. Conclusion: SM poisoning can lead to the decrease of the levels of PLT, Hb and FN, and the decrease of the function of intrinsic and extrinsic coagulation; erythropoietin (EPO) has facilitated effect on synthesis of FN.
