摘    要:目的掌握兰州军区放射工作人员受照剂量水平与防护现状,以进一步加强放射防护管理,保护放射工作人员健康。方法使用BR2000D微机热释光剂量仪和热释光个人剂量计对所属该军区放射工作人员进行剂量监测。结果2004—2008年间共监测外照射个人剂量454人次,年均剂量当量为0.015~0.39mSv,总集体剂量当量为77.079man·mSv。2004-2008年放射诊断、放射治疗及核医学工作人员受照剂量都在逐渐下降。结论5年来,该军区放射防护工作明显加强,防护条件明显改善。应加强对个别单位及个人进行强制性剂量监测。加强全区放射工作人员防护知识培训,继续提高放射卫生防护水平。

Abstract: Objective ] To understand the individual dose level and protection status of radiation workers in Lanzhou military region, so as to further strengthen the radiation protection management and protect the health of radiation workers. Methods ] BR2000D thermot dosimeter and thermolumineseenee individual dosimeter were applied to conduct dose monitoring on the radiation workers. Results] Totally 454 people's individual dose of external exposure were monitored from 2004 to 2008, annual average dose equivalent was 0. 015 -0.39 rosy, the total collective dose equivalent was 77. 079 man. mSv. Exposure dosage level of radiologieal diagnosis, radiotherapy and nuclear medicine workers was descending gradually. Conclusion ] The protection work has been strengthened obviously, and the protection condition has improved significantly in last 5 years. The compulsive dose monitoring should be carried out to some unit and individuals. In order to raise the radiation hygiene protection level, the radiation workers should be trained with protection knowledge.
