联合检测肿瘤标志物对肺癌的诊断价值

目的 探讨血清肿瘤标记物 CEA、NSE 和CAl25 联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值。方法 采用化学发光免疫分析法检测145例肺癌患者化学治疗前，45例健康人血清 CEA、NSE 和 CAl25 水平。结果 肺癌组治疗前 CEA、NSE 和 CAl25水平高于正常对照组（P〈O．05）；CEA、NSE 和CAl25 阳性率随临床分期升高而呈增加趋势；联合检测CEA、NSE 和CAl25 与各单项指标检测比较，阳性率明显增高。结论 联合检测血清 CEA、NSE 和CAl25 对肺癌的早期筛查和辅助诊断有重要意义。

Diagnostic Value of the Combined Detection of Serum CEA,NSE and CA125 in Patients with Lung Cancer

Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of serum CEA, NSE and CA125 in diagnosis of patients with lung cancer. Methods Chemilum inescence immunoassay was used to detect serum CEA, NSE and CA125 levels in 145 patients with lung cancer before chemotherapy and 45 healthy individuals. Results The levels of CEA, NSE and CA125 in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those of normal controls. As clinical stage increased,the positive rates of CEA, NSE and CA125 in patients were more higher,and the combined detection of serum CEA,NSE and CA125 had higher positive rate than single detec- tion. Conclusion The combined detection of serum CEA ,NSE and CA125 has an important role in screening for early stage lung cancer patiengts.
