| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹内疝的术前CT诊断标准,提高对本病影像学诊断的认识。方法回顾性分析15例腹内疝患者的临床及CT资料。结果 15例术前CT检查均表现为小肠梗阻,6例发生肠管绞窄。10例考虑腹内疝,其中网膜孔疝1例,十二指肠旁疝2例,大网膜裂孔疝1例,盲肠周围疝1例,肠黏连束带疝5例。术后证实均有肠梗阻,其中,十二指肠旁疝2例,网膜孔疝1例,大网膜裂孔疝2例,盲肠周围疝1例,胃切除术吻合口后疝1例,肠黏连束带内疝8例。各型腹内疝CT的共有征象和一系列个体征象与手术病理结果存在相关性。结论多层螺旋CT能够较好地诊断腹内疝,有效指导手术方案的选择。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the CT diagnosis criteria of internal abdominal hernia,and improve understanding of this disease. Methods The clinical and CT data of 15 patients were analyzed retrospectively.
