| 摘 要： | <正>冠状动脉搭桥术是外科治疗冠状动脉疾病的主要手段之一,桥血管狭窄或闭塞是冠状动脉搭桥术后常见的并发症。因此冠脉搭桥术后常需要随访检查,但因选择性血管造影为有创性检查,操作复杂,费用较高,患者不易接受。双源CT的问世对冠脉搭桥术后桥血管准确诊断提供一种无创检查方法,本文收集74例双源CT冠脉搭桥术后血管造影资料进行回顾性分析。
