| 红细胞与白细胞计数参考方法的结果比对 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的对红细胞(Red blood cell，RBC)与白细胞(White blood cell，WBC)计数参考方法的结果进行比对，以保证结果的可靠性。方法按照国际血液学标准化委员会的要求，建立红细胞与白细胞计数的参考方法。使用Eightcheck-3WP和Cellcheck-400为比对物质，同时在卫生部临床检验中心和日本参考实验室进行检测并将结果进行比对。结果红细胞计数结果的差别可控制于2％以下，白细胞计数结果的差别可控制于3．5％以下。结论红细胞与白细胞计数参考方法检测结果的可比性良好，该比对模式的建立保证了参考方法检测结果的准确性和可靠性。 |
