儿童幽门螺杆菌的抗生素耐药性及其与细胞毒素相关蛋白的关系

摘    要:
目的体外观察温州地区儿童幽门螺杆菌(Hp)菌株对临床常用8种抗生素的耐药性及其与细胞毒素相关蛋白(CagA)的关系。方法对分离的的41株Hp行药物敏感试验,并用免疫印迹法检测患儿血清Cag,a抗体。结果CagA阳性Hp菌株中替硝唑、克拉霉素、呋喃唑酮、羟氨苄青霉素、阿齐霉素、庆大霉素、诺氟沙星和头孢哌酮耐药菌株分别为100.0%、55.6%、48.3%、38.7%、32.3%、32.3%、25.8%和0.0%,而在Ca舭阴性Hp菌株中耐药菌株分别为90.0%、50.0%、40.0%、50.0%、30.0%、20.0%、0.0%和0.0%,两组差异无统计学意义。结论该地区儿童耐药Hp菌株多见,其耐药性与CagA无明显相关。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between resistance of Helicobacter pylori strains to eight antibiotics in vitro and cytotoxin associated protein (CagA) in children in Wenzhou area.Methods Antibiotic sensitivities were determined in 41 Helicobacter pylori strains. The serum CagA antibody was measured by the immune blotting method.Results The rates of resistance to Tinidazole,Clarithromycin,Furazolidone,Amoxycillin,Azithromycin,Gentamycin,Norfloxacin and Cefoperazone were 100.0%,55.6%,48.3%,38.7%,32.3%,32.3%,5.8% and 0, respectively in CagA-positive Helicobacter pylori strains, while those were 90.0%,50.0%,40.0%,50.0%,30.0%,20.0%,0 and 0, respectively in CagA-negative Helicobacter pylori strains. There was no statistically significant difference in two groups.Conclusion Drug-resistant Helicobacter pylori strains were very prevalent in Wenzhou area, and showed no significant association with CagA.
