Abstract: | A distinctive systematized epithelial nevus and associated multifocal carcinomas of the microcystic and sclerosing sweat duct type affected the lower extremities of a 9-year-old girl. The carcinomas were well differentiated and were both adenosyringomatous and microcystic. They qualify as microcystic and compound. In both the epithelial nevi and the carcinoma, primordial potentials are recapitulated. |
