| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病的发病率越来越高,寻求其早期诊断指标十分必要。Podocalyxin作为肾小球足细胞的标记物,近年来成为研究热点。本文将介绍Podocalyxin的生物学结构及生理功能,总结Podocalyxin在糖尿病肾病基础研究及临床观察中的改变及意义,展望检测尿中Podocalyxin的排泄在糖尿病肾病早期诊断的价值。 |

| Abstract: | It is important to search a useful early marker of diabetic nephropathy. Podocalyxin as a marker of podocyte becomes the research focus these years. The features and functions of podocalyxin were reviewed in this paper. Then the basic research and clinical change of podocalyxin in diabetic nephropathy was concluded. And the applications of the increased podocalyxin as an early diagnosis item of diabetic nephropathy in the future were discussed at last. |
