急性冠脉综合征患者β内啡肽和血清脑利尿钠肽的变化及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆β内啡肽(β-EP)和血清脑利尿钠肽(NT-proBNP)的变化及临床意义。方法选取我院急诊科和心内科ACS住院治疗患者120例,分为不稳定心绞痛(UAP)、ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)及非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)组,并选取普通胸痛患者30例为对照组,分别检测患者及对照者血浆β-EP和血清NT-proBNP并比较分析。结果 ACS组患者BNP、β-EP水平明显高于对照组(P0.05),而STEMI组和NSTEMI组患者BNP、β-EP水平明显高于UAP组患者(P0.05)。结论联合检测血浆β-EP和血清NT-proBNP水平不仅能评价急性冠脉综合征患者的心功能受损程度,而且有助于早期发现ACS。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the changes and clinical significance of beta endorphin and serum brain natriuretic peptide in patients with acute coronary syndromes. Methods 120 patients with acute coronary syndrome from emergency department and department of cardiology in our hospital were selected, and were divided into unstable angina pectoris (UAP) group, ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) group, non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) group, and 30 patients with common chest pain established as the control group. The plasma level of β-endorphin (β-EP) and amino-terminal brain natriuretic peptide Precursor(NT-proBNP) of the 4 groups were detected and compared. Results The levels of BNP and β-EP in ACS group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), the levels of BNP, β-EP in STEMI group and NSTEMI group were significantly higher than those in UAP group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Combined detection of plasma β-endorphin (β-endorphin, β-EP) and amino-terminal brain natriuretic peptide Precumor(NT-preBNP) can not only evaluate the damage of cardiac function, but also helpful for early diagnosis of ACS.
