宫血安颗粒防治药物流产后出血的临床观察

目的 为观察宫血安颗粒防治药流后出血的效果。方法 接纳无药物流产禁忌症的早孕妇女２００例，随机分为治疗组１５０例，对照组５０例，采用相同的服药方法和剂量。在绒毛团排出后，治疗组服用中血安颗粒１０ｇ，每日３次，连服５ｄ；对照组不另服药物。结果治疗组在完全流产率、出血时间、出务碍及转经时间等方面，均优于对照组。结论 药物流产后服用宫血安颗粒，可提高安全流产率，缩短出血时间，减少出血量，促进月经的恢复。

Clinical Investigation of Prophylactico-therapeutic Actions of Gongxuean Granules on Hemorrhage after Drug Abortion

Objective: To investigate the prophylactico therapeutic effects of Gongxuean Granules on hemorrhage after drug abortion. Methods: 200 women of early pregnancy who were free from contraindication of drug abortion were divided into the treatment group (150 cases) and the control group (50 cases) randomly, and were given the drug to abort with the same administration way and dosage. After the chorionic membrane was discharged, the treatment group was given 10g of Gongxuean Granules, 3 times daily for successive 5 days, and the control group wasn't given other drugs. Results: The treatment group was obvionsly superior to the control group in terms of the complete abortion rate, bleeding time and amount, and the time needed for menstrual recovery.Conclusion: Taking Gongxuean Granules after drug abortion can raise the complete abortion rate, short the bleeding time, decrease the bleeding amount and promote the menstrual recorery.
