| 摘 要： | 对30例40疗程以 DDP 腹腔灌注为主的化疗病人采用常规剂量灭吐灵笨海拉明、654—2和地米的复合方案控制消化道反应,结果无呕吐率达90％,显效率100％;且食欲下降率、食欲恢复时间及腹痛率均明显低于对照组。作者认为本方案避了 HDMCP 和 HDDXM的副作用,效果满意,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | This Paper reported that a composite item with MCP of routine dose,diphen-hydramine,654-2 and dexamethasone was used to control the reactions of diges-tive tract in 40 courses out of 30 cases with cancers treated with DDP.Theresults showed that the rate of effectiveness and non-vomiting was 100% and90% respectively.Furthermore,the anorectic incidence and its duration as wellas the incidence of abdominalgia were significantelv lower than those in the con-trol group.So,authors suggested that the item can avoid the side effects causedby HDMCP and HDDXM,and it is so simple and convenient with satisfactoryresults that it is worthwhile to be widely adopted. |
