小儿高热惊厥180例分析

目的探讨小儿高热惊厥的临床特点。方法对180例小儿高热惊厥的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果133例未做特别处理惊厥自行缓解,47例分别予吸氧、静脉用地西泮后惊厥缓解。随访70例,复发23例,其中复发1次13例,2次以上10例,最后确诊为癫痫2例。结论提高临床医生、病人家属对高热惊厥的认识,对其的治疗和预防有积极的意义。

Analysis of 180 cases of children with high fever induced convulsions

Objective To study the clinical charactristics of high fever induced convulsions in children. Methods Retrospectively analyzed clinical material of 108 children with high fever induced convulsions. Results 133 cases alleviated spontaneously;47 alleviated after oxygeninhaled and/or diazepan i.v.70 have follow-ups,convulsions recurred in 23 and once in 13 ,no less than 2 times in 10;2 were diagnosed as epilepsy finally. Conclusions It was of great significance for the treatment and precaution for the disease to promote the understanding in the pediatricians and the children's parents.
