中医调曲法治疗腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症的临床研究

目的：观察中医调曲法治疗腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效及对腰椎生理曲度（腰椎弓顶距离）的改善程度。方法：腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症患者100例,运用理筋、调曲法、练功治疗1个疗程以上,治疗前、后运用百分评定法进行疗效观察及治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月随访。结果：总有效率98.9%,椎曲改善率84.2%,腰椎弓顶距离平均改善0.7cm。3个月随访优良率92.7%,6个月随访优良率92.9%,12个月随访优良率97.5%。结论：中医调曲法治疗腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症疗效好,复发率低。

A Clinical Research on the Lumbar Curvature Adjustments of Traditional Chinese Medicine Curing the Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation and the Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of lumbar curvature adjustment of traditional Chinese medicine in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis,and the degree of improvement in the lumbar physiological-curvature(the distance from lumbar vertebra to arch vertex).Methods: A total of 100 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation or lumbar spinal stenosis were enrolled for the research in which they accepted systematic treatment of tendon-regulation and lumbar curvature adjustment for at least one course.The effectiveness was recorded in centesimal assessment method before and after the treatment.All patients were followed up at the 3rd,6th,and 12th months following the treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 98.9%.The improvement rate of vertebra curvature was 84.2%.The average improvement of lumbar physiological-curvature was 0.7cm.The fine rate of follow-up was 92.7%,92.9%,and 97.5% in the 3rd,6th and 12th months.Conclusion: Lumbar curvature adjustment of traditional Chinese medicine is eutherapeutic dealing with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis.And it has low recurrence rate.
