摘 要: | 目的探讨卵子玻璃化冷冻的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2011年1月-2012年12月体外受精周期取卵日因男方睾丸取精失败等原因行卵子冷冻的16对不孕夫妇的资料。其中,7例患者接受卵子解冻,并行夫精卵细胞胞质内单精子注射(ICSI),记录其受精、胚胎及临床结局。结果16例患者共冷冻卵子167枚,7例接受卵子解冻,共解冻卵子86枚,存活66枚,并行ICSI,正常受精率68.2%,优质胚胎率14.6%;1例患者取消移植,3例生化妊娠(50%),2例临床妊娠(33.3%),其中1例患者足月分娩1女婴。结论卵子玻璃化冷冻可作为取卵日取精困难及睾丸取精失败患者的临床补救措施。

Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of oocyte vitrification in IVF-ET cycles.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical datas of 16 women undergoing oocyte frozen cycles by vitrification from January 2011 to December 2012 because their husbands had difficulty in erection and ejaculatio and failed in testicular sperm extraction or the husbands could not come on the day of oocyte retrieval.The oocytes were cryopreserved by vitrification.7 of the 16 women’s oocytes were thawed.The surviving metaphase II(MII) oocytes were injected with the husband’s sperm by intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)for fertilization.The rates of oocyte survival,fertilization,cleavage,good embryos and pregnancy were evaluated.Results 167 oocytes of 16 women were vitrified.86 oocytes of 7 patients were vitrified and 66 oocytes survived after thawing,of which 66 MII oocytes underwent ICSI and 45(68.2%)of them were fertilized.The rates of good embryos were 14.6%(6/41).1 patient was cancelled of embryo transfer.3 patients were HCG positive(50%) and 2 patients resulted in clinical pregnancy(33.3%).One normal girl were already born.Conclusion Vitrification of oocytes in husbands who had difficulty with erection and ejaculatio and failed in testicular sperm extraction or could not come on the day of oocyte retrieval is a promising technique for preserving female fertility,which,with ICSI,may result in satisfactory clinical outcomes. |
