唑来膦酸联合VADM方案治疗老年患者多发性骨髓瘤骨痛的疗效观察

目的 观察唑来膦酸联合VADM方案（长春新碱、吡柔比星、地塞米松、美法仑）治疗老年患者多发性骨髓瘤骨痛的疗效.方法 选取符合诊断标准的多发性骨髓瘤老年患者44例,随机分成治疗组（24例）和对照组（20例）.对照组只予VADM方案化疗,治疗组应用唑来膦酸联合VADM方案,比较两组疗效、总有效率情况.结果 治疗组总有效率91.67％,对照组总有效率70％,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 唑来膦酸联合VADM方案治疗,可以显著缓解多发性骨髓瘤骨痛.

The clinical efficacy of Zoledronic acid and VADM chemotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma bone pain in elderly patients

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zoledronic acid combined with VADM chemotherapy （Vincristine, Pirarubicin, Dexamethasone, Melphalan） in the treatment of multiple myeloma bone pain in elderly patients. Methods 44 elderly patients with multiple myeloma in accordance with diagnostic crileria were randomly divided into two groups. The therapy group （24 cases） received Zoledronic acid combined with VADM chemotherapy, while the control group （20 cases） received VADM chemotherapy only. The treatment effect and total effective rate were observed and compared. Result The total effective rate of the therapy group was 91.67%, while that of the control group was 70.00%, with significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Zoledronic acid combined with VADM chemotherapy can effectively relieve bone pain in elderly patients with muhiple myeloma.
