前瞻性护理联合穴位和腹部按摩预防老年冠心病患者便秘效果分析

目的 分析前瞻性护理联合穴位和腹部按摩预防老年冠心病患者便秘的临床疗效.方法 将104例意识清醒的老年冠心病患者随机分为干预组54例和对照组50例,两组在常规治疗和护理的同时,对干预组给予心理护理、饮食护理、运动护理等前瞻性护理及穴位和腹部环形按摩.观察两组干预前后每周排便次数.结果 干预组每周排便次数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 前瞻性护理联合穴位和腹部按摩作为预防老年冠心病便秘的一种简便、易行、经济的治疗方法,值得推广.

The effect analysis of prospective nursing combined with acupoint and abdomen massage in preventing constipation of elderly patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of prospective nursing combined with acupoint and abdomen massage in preventing constipation of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 104 conscious elderly patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into intervention group （54 cases） and control group （50 cases）. Two groups both received conventional treatment and care, and intervention group received prospective nursing including psychological care, diet care and exercise care combined with acupoint and abdomen massage. Then observed and recorded the frequency of defecation per week of two groups before and after intervention. Result The frequency of det~cation per week in intervention group was higher than that in control group, with statistical significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Prospective nursing combined with acupoint and abdomen massage is a simple, easy and economical therapeutic method in preventing constipation of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, worthy of clinical application.
