响应面法优化女贞子中总三萜的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的采用星点设计-响应面法优选女贞子中总三萜的乙醇回流提取工艺。方法在单因素考察基础上,利用三因素三水平响应面法研究乙醇浓度、提取时间、溶媒比对女贞子总三萜得率的影响。结果确定最优提取工艺为12倍量67%乙醇提取2次,每次1.70 h;女贞子总三萜提取量为57.62 mg/g,与预测值的偏差为2.89%。结论星点设计-响应面法优化的女贞子总三萜提取工艺方法简单,精密度高,可预测性较优。

Abstract:  Objective:To optimize ethanol reflux extraction process of total triterpenoids in Ligustrum lucidum Ait. MethodsOn the basis of single factor tests,response surface analysis of three-factor-three-level was adopted to investigate effects of ethanol concentration,extracting time and solvent fold on yield of total triterpenoids.  Results:Optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extracted 2 times by 12 times the count of 67% ethanol with 1.70 h each time; under these conditions,yield of total triterpenoids was 57.62 mg/g,2.89% in low deviation than predicted.  Conclusion:This extraction process of total triterpenoids from L. Lucidum dahurica by central composite design/response surface methodology was a simple method with high precision and good predictability.
