| 摘 要： | 在卫生监督体制改革过程中发生的新旧观念的碰撞，利益关系的冲突可引发职工的许多心理问题，改革初期，权、责、利三者关系处理不好，可导致部门之间矛盾冲突激化，应用管理心理不正确处理职工在改革中出现的心理问题和各部门之间的矛盾冲突，有利于化解矛盾，达成共识，顺利完成改革目标。

| Abstract: | Many pschycological problems can happen among the staff due to the collide between new andold ideas as well as different interests during the process of health inspection system reform. At theelementary stage of reform, if the relationship among power, responsibility and interests can not besolved, the collides in diffenent departments may outbreak. It is necessary to use the managementpschycology to deal with the problems mentioned in order to realize the reform aim. |
