心理干预在高血压患者护理中的临床应用

目的：探讨心理干预在高血压护理中的作用；方法：对31例高血压患者进行心理干预，通过90项症状自评量表（symptom checklist90，SCL290）评价患者的心理干预结果；结果：研究结果表明心理干预能够有效地改善患者的躯体化、强迫症状、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、恐怖等心理疾病，并能够在一定程度上降低患者的血压，辅助提高治疗疗效；结论：对高血压病患者进行心理干预治疗具有积极意义。

Clinical Application of Psychointervention on Nursing Hypertensives

Objective Investigating the action of the psychointervension for hypertensives. Methods Hypertensives received psychointervension.SCL-90 before and after the experiment were compared and evaluated. Results The research indicates that psychointervension can be effective in improving patients with somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, anxiety, depression, hostility, mental illness, terrorism and so on, and to a certain extent, reduce the patients＇ blood pressure, aids to improve the treatment efficacy. Conclusion It is an active effect to conduct psychointervension for hypertensives.
