| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨在可摘局部义齿及全口义齿中应用下颌第三磨牙的作用.[方法]选取临床下颌第三磨牙20例应用于义齿修复,两年后观察疗效.[结果]应用下颌第三磨牙的可摘局部义齿及全口义齿固位、稳定、支持效果良好,患者咀嚼功能恢复佳.[结论]保留下颌第三磨牙,将会对义齿起到良好的固位、支持、稳定的作用. |

| Abstract: | [Objective]To study the effect of the third molar in mandible in removable partial denture and complete denture.[Methods] Twenty cases of the third molar in mandible were applied in removable partial denture and complete denture.Curative effect was observed after 2 years.[Results] The retention,stability and sustainability of denture with the third molar were good.Function of mastication were fine.[Conclusion] The third molar in mandible has effect of retention,stability and sustainability in denture. |
