早期乳腺癌保乳治疗与改良根治术临床疗效比较

目的探讨早期乳腺癌保乳治疗的临床疗效和适应证，以提高乳腺癌的治疗水平。方法32例早期乳腺癌患者接受保乳治疗（观察组），将其临床资料与同时期年龄、病程等匹配的32例采取传统改良根治术（对照组）患者的临床资料进行比较、分析。结果观察组近期疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05），远期疗效二者差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论早期乳腺癌采用保乳治疗效果满意，且术后患侧乳房外形均较美观。

Comparison study on the clinical effect breast-conserving operation and modified radical operation for early-stage breast

Objective To explore clinical effect and surgical indications of breast - conserving operation for early - stage breast cancer. Methods Clinical datafrom of 32 cases of early - stage breast cancer received breast - conserving therapy （intervention group）and 32 cases received radical operation（ control group）from January 2005 to January 2007 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Results Short term curative effects of intervention group were better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,long - term effects of two groups were not statistically different （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Clinical effect of breast - conserving operation for early - stage breast cancer is satisfactory, so this operation is recommended for clinical application.
