弹力床单约束带的制作与临床应用研究

目的 探索一种对躁动病人约束效果可靠,约束部位舒适,且病人被移动时仍能保持约束有效而安全的方法.方法 选取98例有躁动症状的病人随机分为对照组48例和观察组50例,对照组使用弹力床边约束带,观察组使用弹力床单约束带,观察两种约束方法的效果.结果 经统计学处理,使用两种约束法的病人在发生躁动并发症人次、滑脱和约束带并发症人次、移动病人时所需护送人员数量、陪护和护士为病人使用时的满意度等方面均存在差异性(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),差异具有统计学意义.弹力床单约束带的使用效果明显优于弹力床边约束带.结论 弹力床单约束带约束效果好,约束期间病人体位自然、感觉舒适,无躁动并发症、无滑脱和约束带并发症发生,移动病人安全、方便,陪护人及护士满意度高,值得临床推广使用.

Research on production and clinical application of elastic sheets binder

Objective To study the production and clinical application of elastic sheets binder. Methods The cases of 98 restless patients were randomly divided into two groups, 48 cases in the control group who used elastic bed edge binder and 50 in the trial group who used elastic sheet binder. Results Statistically significant differences ( P ＜ 0. 01, P ＜ 0. 05 ) between the two groups could be observed in the number of patients who got restlessness complications, who got slld and got binder complications, number of escorts required when moving the patients, satisfaction rate of escorts and nurses when they used the binder for the patients. The effect of elastic sheet binder was obviously better than that of elastic bed edge binder. Conclusions Elastic sheet binder is effective that of during the binding experiment, thepatients felt comfortable with natural body positions and no one got restlessness or binder complications, or got slid. Meanwhile, it is safe andconvenient to move the patients. The satisfaction rate of escorts and nurses is also high. Therefore, it worthy of wide clinical application.
