地塞米松诱导大鼠胰岛素抵抗机制的研究

摘    要:观察了大鼠肌注地塞米松1周和3周后的空腹血糖、血清胰岛素及血浆胰高血糖素cAMP、cGMP水平。结果是经地主松处理后、1周组和3周组的大鼠血清胰岛素明显高于对照组;1周组血糖浓度无显著变化,3周组血糖浓度明显升高;血浆胰高血糖素水平无明显变化,未被高血糖,高胰岛素所抑制;1周组血浆cGMP明显下降;3组间的cAMP浓度差异无统计学意义。

Abstract:The article detected the levels of fasting plasma glucose, serum insulin, plasma glucagon, plasma cAMP and plasma cGMP in rat after dexamethasone injection for one-week group and three-week group, respectively. The results showed that the serum insulin levels both in one-week group and three-week group were markedly higher than in the control group. The plasma glucose levels were normal in one-week group, but significantly increased in three-week group. The plasma glucose levels were normal, not inhibited by the elevated plasma glucagon and insulin. There was a marked decrease in plasma cGMP levels in one-week group, whereas there was no significant difference in plasma cAMP levels among the three groups.
