通心络对急性冠状动脉综合征病人血管细胞黏附分子-1水平影响的研究

目的观察通心络治疗急性冠状动脉综合征病人2周后血清血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)等水平的变化,以了解短期通心络治疗对斑块稳定性的影响.方法 32例急性冠状动脉综合征病人随机分为常规治疗组(未服用通心络及任何调脂药物,19例)和通心络组(760 mg,每天3次,13例)治疗,测定治疗前后病人血清VCAM-1和血脂水平的变化.结果两组间治疗前后血脂各组成分的变化差异均无统计学意义.通心络组治疗后血清VCAM-1水平降低13.5%,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论急性冠状动脉综合征早期予通心络短期治疗,可明显降低血清VCAM-1的水平,可能具有一定的增加斑块稳定性的作用.

Effect of Tongxinluo on Serum VCAM-1 Level in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective To observe the influence of Tongxinluo on serum VCAM-1 level in patients with acute coronary syndrome .Methods 32 patients of acute coronary syndrome were randomly assigned to the Tongxinluo group(760 mg,tid for 2 weeks;n=13) and the control group(no lipid-lowering drugs;n=19).Serum level of VCAM-1 and lipids were detected before and after treatment.Results Levels of serum lipids were not changed before and after treatment in both groups.The decrease of Serum levels of VCAM-1 was 13.5% in Tongxinluo group.There were no relations between the changed percent of TG,TC,LDL-C, HDL-C and that of VCAM-1.Conclusion Tongxinluo decreased serum level of VCAM-1 in the patients with acute coronary syndrome,it may stabilize the atherosclerotic plaque .
