HPV多重感染与宫颈病变关系研究

目的探讨HPV多重感染与宫颈病变的关系。方法应用导流杂交HPV分型检测技术,对482例宫颈病变患者行HPV基因分型检测,并与组织学检测结果比较。结果对照组、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ及宫颈鳞癌HPV总感染率分别为23.0%、94.0%、96.1%、97.3%、100%,呈上升趋势;多重感染率分别为21.4%、50.0%、48.0%、45.1%、33.3%,呈下降趋势。结论宫颈HPV多重感染率随着宫颈病变程度加重有降低趋势,宫颈病变进展可能与感染HPV基因型多少无关,而与感染HPV亚型致病力有关。

Study on the relationship between multiple infection of HPV and cervical dysplasia

Objective To investigate the relationship of between multiple human papillomavirus（HPV） infections and cervical dysplasia.Methods 482 cases with cervical lesion were chosen and detected the HPV genetype by flow-through hybridization,and then compared with the cervical biospy.Results The infection rates of HPV control group,CINⅠgroup,CINⅡgroup,CINⅢ group and cervical carcinoma were 23.0%,94.0%,96.1%,97.3%,100% respectively,showing an increasing trend.The rates of multiple infection were 21.4%,50.0%,48.0%,45.1%,33.3% respectively,showing a decreasing trend.Conclusion The severity of cervica lesions may not rely on the quantity of the HPV multiple infection but depend on the virulence of HPV genetype.
