重组人干扰素a-2b治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变远期随访

目的研究干扰素a-2b（IFN-a-2b）治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）的长期效果。方法对2005年5月～2010年4月期间14例诊断为CINⅠ和CINⅡ的患者均使用IFN-a-2b治疗,并且随访5年,用药第1、2年,每3个月实施1次巴氏涂片和阴道镜检,后3年,每6个月实施1次相同的检查。结果 10例完全清除了人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）所致的CIN,4例部分有效,即较低的CIN和（或）HPV清除率,4例无效。3例CINⅠ复发,复发率为30%,4例短期疗效为部分有效病例中3例长期疗效显示完全清除,CINⅠ和CINⅡ患者总的IFN-a-2b治愈率为55.55%。结论 IFN-a-2b的免疫调节治疗法有较好的长期疗效。

Long-term follow-up of patients treated with recombinant human interferon alpha-2b for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Objective To assess the long-term results of interferon alpha-2b（IFN-a-2b） treatment in the management of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）. Methods From May 2005 to Apr 2010, a 5-year follow-up of 14 patients who had CIN I and CIN Ⅱ treated with IFN-a-2b were conducted. Papanicolaou smears and colposcopic examinations every 3 months for the first 2 years and every 6 months for the next 3 years were performed. Results A 5-year follow-up of 14 cases with either complete response to external application of IFN-a-2b （remission from human papilloma virus-induced CIN occurred in ten cases） or partial response（a lower grade of CIN and/or HPV clearance was achieved in four cases） were conducted. Three cases of relapse of stage 1 CIN （CINI） were found, for a recurrence rate of 30%, and three cases of complete remission in four cases with initial diagnosis of partial response. The overall lesion-free rate was 55.55% for the entire group of patients who had CIN I and CIN Ⅱ treated with IFN-a-2b. Conclusion Immunomodulation therapy with IFN-a-2b has a high long-term efficacy.
