| 摘 要： | [目的]总结胸腰椎经椎弓根螺钉内固定的手术配合措施。[方法]回顾性分析56例胸腰椎经椎弓根螺钉内固定病人的临床资料。[结果]本组病人均手术顺利,术前准备充分,体位摆放正确,无压伤;未因腹部受压致过多异常出血;无术后感染,无异物留置切口中;内固定物无松动、断裂。[结论]加强胸腰椎经椎弓根螺钉内固定病人是手术成功的保证。 |
