| 摘 要： | 目的:研究益气生骨注射液对体外培养的成肌细胞的增殖作用.方法:将成肌细胞进行体外培养,实验组加入不同浓度的益气生骨注射液,对照组分别加入不同浓度的黄芪注射液和复方当归注射液,空白组不加任何药物.筛选出各药物对细胞增殖的最适生长浓度,并观察其对细胞的增殖作用.结果:益气生骨注射液对成肌细胞的增殖作用最强,与空白组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:益气生骨注射液有促进成肌细胞增殖的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the proliferation of myoblasts by Yiqi Shenggu Injection in vitro.Method Myoblasts were cul-tured in vitro.Different concentrations of Yiqi Shenggu Injection were entered in test group and different concentrations of Huangqi Injection and compound angelica Injection were entered respectively in control group.Nothing was entered in blank group.The optimal growth concentration of proliferation of myoblasts had been filtered in different drug and the proliferation function had been observed.... |
