灯盏花素脂质体对大鼠脑缺血再损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的 观察灯盏花素脂质体对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑损伤的保护作用。方法 采用线栓法构造大鼠大脑动脉脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察大鼠神经功能障碍情况并进行评分,测定再灌注后缺血侧脑梗死范围及脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性及丙二醛的含量。结果 灯盏花素脂质体能显著减少脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的脑梗死面积和减轻神经功能障碍,并抑制缺血脑组织中丙二醛的含量。提高脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性。结论 灯盏花素脂质体对大鼠大脑缺血再灌注损伤有明显保护作用,具有良好的新药开发前景。

Abstract:Objective To investigate protective effects of breviscapine liposomes on brain injury in rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. Methods Intraluminal filament technique was used to make cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury model in rats and they were treated by breviscapine liposomes. The nerve symptoms were observed and scored. The infracted brain area, level of malonyldialdehyde, activity of superoxide disputes and glutathione peroxidase in ischemic brain were measured. Results The breviscapine liposomes could reduce infracted brain area and neurological deficit score in rates induced by cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. The breviscapine increased activity of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase and decreased malonyldialdehyde level. Conclusiont The breviscapine liposomes could protect rats with cerebral ischemia and reperfusion from injury and be a promising product.
