摘    要:
目的快速测定甘油果糖注射液3种主要成分中间体含量。方法分别采用紫外一可见分光光度法、银量法、折光率因素法测定果糖、氯化钠、甘油含量,分析测定结果,并与中国药典2005年版二部方法对比。结果快速测定法与药典测定法测定结果无明显差异。结论快速测定法具有简便、快捷,结果准确、可靠等优点,采用快速测定法,可大大缩短中间体的检验时闯,并保证产品质量不低于药典要求。

Abstract:
Objective To fast determinate 3 intermediates in glycerol and fructose injection. Methods UV spectrometry, silver measuring method and refractive indexes were used to determine fructose, sodium chloride and glycerol respectively. Results There was no significant difference between the two methods. Conclusion Compared with the method in ChP (2005), this method is simple, fast, accurate and reliable. This fast determination can greatly shorten the time for intermediates control and guarantee the quality of drug.
