枯草芽孢杆菌活菌制剂促进创伤皮肤愈合的实验研究

目的：探讨枯草芽孢杆菌活菌制剂对创伤皮肤愈合的影响。方法：以大鼠后背全层皮肤切除创伤愈合过程为模型，局部外用枯草芽孢杆菌活菌制剂并设对照，制作病理组织切片，测定创面羟脯氨酸含量变化，同时测量创面愈合面积，记录愈合时间。结果：应用枯草牙孢杆菌活菌制剂可促进成纤维细胞增生，提高胶原含量，创面愈合时间较对照组明显缩短。结论：枯草牙孢杆菌活菌制剂具有促进创伤皮肤愈合的作用。

The study of bacillus subtilis viable-preparation in acceleration of skin wound healing

To study the effects of Bacillus Subtilis Viable-Preparation on skin wounds heal- ing. Methods: Taking the process of Wistar rat's middle-thick skin wounds healing as models, Bacillus Subtilis Vaiable-preparation was used in one of the wounds, pathological tissue sections were made and the hydroxyproilin contents were examined, at the same time, the area of the wounds healing was measured, and the healing time of each wound was recorded. Results: Bacillus Subtilis Viable-Preparation can accelerate the proliferation of fibroblast, the content of collagen increased, and the healing time was shorter than the control group's obviously. Conclusions: Bacil- lus Subtilis Viable-Preparation can accelerate skin wound healing.
