经关节镜下微创手术在膝关节创伤临床治疗中的效果观察

目的：观察分析经关节镜下微创手术治疗膝关节创伤的临床效果。方法：选取我院2013年5月至2015年8月收治的60例膝关节创伤患者，通过双色球随机分组法分为观察组（n ＝30）及对照组（n ＝30），对照组患者给予常规治疗，观察组患者接受关节镜下微创手术，评估两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率96．67％，高于对照组的76．67％；观察组患者的下地时间、住院时间、并发症发生率低于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论：针对膝关节创伤患者，经关节镜下微创手术具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快等优势，可加快康复速度，值得推广应用。

By minimally invasive surgery under arthroscopy in the knee joint trauma in the clinical treatment effect is observed

Objective:to observe the analysis of minimally invasive surgery under the arthroscope clinical effect for the treatment of knee joint trauma.Methods:from May 2013 to August 2015 were 60 cases of knee joint trauma patients,through the double chromosphere random grouping method divided into observation group(n =30)and control group (n =30)and control group with conventional therapy,observation group of patients accepting minimally inva-sive surgery under arthroscopy,evaluation of effects of two groups of patients.Results:the observation group treatment effective rate was 96.67%,76.67% higher than the control group;Observation group of patients with down time,length of hospital stay,complication rate is lower than the control group (P <0.05 ) .Conclusions:in view of the knee joint trauma patients,minimally invasive surgery under the arthroscope has little trauma,pain,quick recovery and other advan-tages,to speed up the recovery,is worthy of popularization and application.
