| 摘 要： | 目的应用经胸彩色多普勒冠状动脉血流显像技术诊断冠状动脉粥样硬化,探讨其发病的危险因素及在诊断中的价值。方法对151例住院患者进行了回顾性分析,按超声所见分为对照组和硬化组,分别记录每个患者的年龄、性别、临床症状、血糖、血压、血脂、吸烟史及心电图或24h心电图等资料,并进行相关分析。结果年龄、血糖、血压、血脂及吸烟在对照组和硬化组之间比较,有显著性差异;临床症状及心电图或24h心电图诊断冠心病存在假阳性和假阴性。结论年龄、吸烟、高血压、血脂异常、糖尿病为冠状动脉粥样硬化发生的独立危险因素;经胸冠状动脉彩色多普勒显像技术在无创诊断冠心病中确有优势,适合临床广泛应用。
