| 摘 要： | 目的：了解阴道镜在子宫颈病变中的诊断价值,以便早期发现和治疗宫颈疾病。方法：对2007年5月～2008年7月,156例宫颈病变患者的阴道镜检查进行回顾性分析。结果：阴道镜检查156例宫颈病变中,全部进行病理学检查,病理检查确诊为CIN 43例（包括CINⅠ～Ⅱ级）,原位癌19例（包括CINⅢ级）,宫颈浸润癌9例,慢性宫颈炎85例。结论：阴道镜检查对宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌的早期诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective： To assess the the diagnostic value of the colposcope in the cervical pathological changes, so as to early diagnosis and treat the cervical diseases. Methods： The colposcopy results of 156 patients with cervical pathological changes between May 2007 and July 2008 were retrospectively analysed. Results： 156 cases of the cervical pathological changes were all examed by pathology, and the results were 43 cases of CIN（including CIN Ⅰ -Ⅱ ）, 19 cases of Carcinoma in situ（including CIN Ⅲ ）, 9 cases of invasive cervical carcinoma and 85 cases of chronic cervicitis. Conclusion： The value of colposcopy in early diagnosis of the cervical precanoerou lesions and the cervical carcinoma is very important. |
