运动大鼠和高血压大鼠血浆ADM和ADT水平的变化

摘    要:应用放射免疫分析发现,运动大鼠和LNNA诱导的高血压大鼠血浆ADM水平分别升高26%(P>0.05)和120%(P<0.01),而ADT水平则分别降低31%(p<0.01)和30%(P<0.01)。血浆ADM/ADT比值分别增大76%(P<0.01)和200%(P<0.01)。提示,运动锻炼和高血压的发生发展均可影响ADM和ADT的产生(释放),从而导致两者血浆水平呈反向变化。血浆。ADM绝对和相对增加。这可能是机体抵御高血压发生发展的机制之一,也是运动锻炼对高血压等疾病的防治机制之一。

Abstract:t was found that plasma ADM level was increased by 26%(P<0.05)and 120%(P<0.01),plasma ADT level wasdecreased by 31%(P<0.01)and 30%(P<0.01)and plasma ADM/ADT ratio was increased by 76%(P<0.01)and200%(P<0.01)respectively in swim rats and in hypertensive rats induced by LNNA.These data suggest thatsport and pathogenesis and developmet of hypertension could lead to absolute and/or relative increase of plasmaADM by regulating production/secretion of ADM and ADT.We deduced that the changed of plasma ADM andADT be one of mechanisms of the body in resisting hypertension and also one of mechanisms of sport inprevention and treatment of hypertension.
