原发性高血压患者健康教育的实施与评价

目的调查分析原发性高血压患者的心理状态与疾病的关系,研究健康教育对原发性高血压患者的辅助降压作用。方法以60例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组采用药物治疗与健康教育相结合;对照组单纯采用药物治疗,对药物治疗前后2组患者的血压与健康知识认知度进行评定。结果观察组降压效果和对健康知识认知度均明显优于对照组。结论原发性高血压病不是单纯的器质性疾病,它与心理状态互为因果,健康教育可提高患者的健康认知水平,有利于患者治疗与康复。

Implementing and Evaluating of Health Education of Patients with Primary Hypertension

Objective To investigate and analyze the relation between mental state and primary hypertension in patients,to study the assistant effect of health education in patients with primary hypertension,and to provide scientific bases for its health education.Methods Sixty primary hypertension patients are randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.There were 30 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with medication and health education,but in the control group,patients were only treated with medication.Then,the blood pressure and cognition about health knowledge were assessed before and after treatment.Results The curative effect and cognition about health knowledge of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusions Primary hypertension isn't simple organic disease.It is in connection with psychology.Therefore,cognition can be improved by health education.It is in favorable for patients with primary hypertension.
