上海市闵行区929名外来已婚育龄女工健康状况及需求分析

目的分析闵行区929名外来已婚育龄女工妇女病发病情况,了解其生殖健康现状、对生殖健康知识的认知、保健服务需求。探讨外来人口生殖健康服务最佳模式。方法由具有丰富经验的妇科医生完成常规妇科检查,检查内容包括外阴及阴道、宫颈、子宫及附件、乳房,并对受检者进行访谈。结果929名已婚女职工中妇女病普查有异常者213例,占22.93%,以慢性宫颈炎、阴道炎、乳腺疾病为主。受检女工保健意识提高。结论外来已婚育龄女工近1/4患有各种各样的妇女病,应定期检查及时规范治疗,并加强宣传教育,做好妇女病的预防工作,外来女工希望获得妇女常见病的防治知识。

Health Condition and Demand Analysis on 929 Extrinsic Married Woman Workers of Childbearing Age in Minhang District of Shanghai City

Objective To analyze the gynecological disorder condition of 929 married woman workers of childbearing age in Minhang district who come from other provinces and to find out their procreative health condition as well as their knowledge about procreative health and health care demand,in order to explore the best service mode of procreative health to them.Method The experienced gynecological doctors carried out the regular GYN examination including vulva,vagina,cervix uteri,uterus,uterine adnexa and breast.The doctors also asked the examiners some questions.Results 213 abnormal cases(22.93%) were found in the gynecological disorder survey on 929 woman workers.Most of them were chronic cervicitis,vaginitis and breast diseases.The conscious of health care of the examiners had raised.Conclusions About a quarter of married woman workers in childbearing age coming from other provinces have different kinds of gynecological disorders.They should get regular examination and standard treatment.The education should be strengthened.The prevention of the gynecological disorders should also be done well.The extrinsic woman workers hope to get the knowledge about the prevention and treatment of common gynecological disorders.
