贝复剂治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效观察

目的：研究贝复剂（bFGF）对复发性口腔溃疡（ROU）的治疗效果。方法：把138例轻型口腔溃疡患者随机分成两组，治疗组70例，用bFGF局部喷涂溃疡面；对照组68例，用0．2％洗必泰溶液喷涂溃疡面。结果：治疗组和对照组3天有效率分别为90．00％和61．76％，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；治疗组的溃疡平均愈合时间也显著少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：bFGF对轻型口腔溃疡ROU具有显著疗效。

The clinical effect of bFGF on recurrent oral ulcer

Objective:To study the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on recurrent oral ulcer(ROU).Methods:138 Patients with ROU(minor aphthous ulcer) were divided into two groups randomly.The treated group including 70 patients was treated with bFGF spray,which was sprayed locally on the ulcer surface;the control group including 68 patients was treated with chlohexidine solution with the consistency of 0.2%.Results: In three days,the effective ratio of the treated group is 90.00%,while that of the control group is 61.76%,there is a statistically significant difference between those two groups(P<0.05);the average healing time of ulcer of the treated group is much shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: bFGF could treat ROU effectively.
