两种方法对比检测临床常见念珠菌

目的对两种检测念珠菌的方法进行比较。方法对167例疑诊为霉菌性阴道炎患者同时收集两份阴道拭子标本，分别用生理盐水直接涂片法和科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养法进行检测，并将两种检测结果进行比较。结果涂片法阳性率为21．6％，科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养法阳性率为38．3％，明显高于涂片法（P〈0．05）。结论涂片法是一种简单、快速的检测方法，可不进行菌种鉴定，但阳性率低。念珠菌显色培养法不失为一种有效检测念珠菌的方法。

Comparison of two different methods for detection of common Candida

Objective To evaluate the two different methods for detection of the most common Candida. Meth- ods The two vaginal swabs were collected from each patient simultaneously, the first was examined by the smear microscopic screening, the second swab was cultivated on CHROMagar. Results CHROMagar culture positive rate （38.3%） was higher than the smear microscopic screening （21.6% ,P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The smear microscopic screening is a rapid and simple method for detection of the common Candida, but its positive rate is low without species identificatio. The CHROMagar culture plays the very important role in detection of clinical pathogens.
