| 摘 要： | 目的：调查新生儿重症监护病房（ NICU ）患儿胃管非计划脱管及重新置管的现状。方法设计建立胃管非计划脱管及重新置管登记表，整理分析2011-2012年NICU胃管非计划脱管率及重置率。结果调查留置胃管患儿269例，27例出现非计划脱管现象，非计划脱管率为10．03％，其中19例进行重新置管，重置率为70．37％。患儿自行拔管者13例（48．15％），胶布固定松脱者11例（40．74％），管道堵塞者3例（11．11％）。结论 NICU护理人员需进一步加强胃管留置管理，以减少非计划脱管，降低胃管重置率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the unplanned extubation and reset of gastric tube in neonatal intensive care unit （ NICU） .Methods A registration about unplanned extubation and reset was designed , and then unplanned extubation rate and reset rate were analyzed from 2011 to 2012 .Results A total of 269 cases with indwelling gastric tube were investigated ,and 27 cases with unplanned extubation occurred （10.03%）, of which 19 cases were reset （70.37%）.Thirteen cases with their own tube drawing （48.15%）, eleven cases with tape fixed loose （40.74%）, three cases with blockage （11.11%）, were founded.Conclusions NICU nurses should further strengthen the gastric tube management , in order to reduce the rate of unplanned extubation and gastric tube reset . |
