特超声口腔疾病治疗仪临床应用研究

目的：研究特超声口腔疾病治疗仪对根管治疗术后不适或疼痛、拔牙等小手术后及冠周炎肿胀的治疗效果。方法：从临床上收集根管治疗术后不适或疼痛的患者241例，随机分成A、B两组，A组为试验组，单纯采用特超声口腔疾病治疗仪照射(1次／天，30分钟／次)，B组为对照组，不采用任何处理；从临床上收集拔牙等小手术后及冠周炎肿胀的患者368例，随机分成A、B两组，A组为试验组，采用特超声口腔疾病治疗仪照射(1次／天，30分钟／次)，同时按常规口服抗菌素(先锋霉素、甲硝唑)3天，B组为对照组，仅按常规口服抗菌素(先锋霉素、甲硝唑)3天。结果：根管治疗术后不适或疼痛，拔牙等小手术后及冠周炎肿胀经特超声口腔疾病治疗仪照射后缓解率和缓解速均明显提高。结论：特超声局部照射对口腔疾病治疗有助于缓解根管治疗术后不适或疼痛，有助于拔牙等小手术后及冠周炎肿胀的消肿。

Clinical Application of Super-ultrasonic Oral Disease Therapy Instrument

Objective:To research the treating effect of pain after (root canal therapy,RCT) and swelling after pulling out a tooth,dental operation and pericoronitis by the super ultrasonic oral disease therapy instrument.Methods:Two hundred fourty one clinical patients with pain after RCT(group A) underwent super ultrasonic oral therapy instrument treatment(once/day,30 min).In B and control groups,nothing was used for treatment.Three hundred sixty eight patients with swelling after puling out a tooth,dental operations and pericoronitis were randomly arranged into A and B groups.A group(experimental group)were treated by the super ultrasonic oral disease therapy instrument(once/day,30 min)and took antibiotics orally 3 days following the old routine.B and control group were only took antibiotics orally 3 days following the old routine.Results:The total pain relief rate of all these diseases after super ultrasonic oral disease instrument therapy was obviously increased.Conclusions:The super ultrasonic oral disease therapy instrument can aid to relieve the pain after RCT and the swelling after pulling out a tooth,dental operations and pericoronitis.
