湖南省血吸虫病的长期趋势及影响因素分析

目的了解湖南省血吸虫病近15a的发展趋势,为今后的防治工作提供基础资料。方法采用1990～2004年间的湖南省血吸虫病监测资料,分析长期趋势;采用多因素分析各长期趋势间的相关性。结果新血吸虫病人检出率和病死率15a间一直呈下降趋势,并且主要在前3a下降比较显著,之后维持在相对稳定的状态。粪检阳性率、血检阳性率和耕牛患病率15a间一直在很小的范围内波动,总体上看呈比较平稳的状态,流行区人口数呈缓慢的上升趋势,2000～2004年的上升幅度较大。结论湖南省血吸虫病近15a的防治工作中,取得的成效是显著的,今后还应进一步加大耕牛血吸虫病的防治力度。

Analysis on secular trend and their correlation of schistosomiasis in Hunan Province

Objective In order to comprehend secular trends and their correlation and provide basic data for prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis between 1990 and 2004 in Hunan Province.Methods Surveillance data of schistosomiasis were used from 1990 to 2004 of Hunan Province,and secular trends and their correlation were analysed by multifactorial analysis.Results Trends of rate of new cases detection and fatality had decreased during last 15 years,significantly between 1990 and 1992.There were no significant decrease and increase trends in both positive rate of blood and stool examination.The population in the endemic areas increased slowly,with significant increase trend from 2000 to 2004.Conclusions Marked achievement has been attained over the last 15 years in the prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis.More work should be done in the future on the prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis in cattle.
