中药泡洗结合针灸治疗脑梗死后肩手综合征的疗效分析

目的：对中药泡洗结合针灸治疗脑梗死后肩手综合征临床效果观察。方法：选取在我院2013年1月-2016年1月治疗的60例脑梗死后肩手综合征患者，依照患者不同治疗方式分成两组，其中对照组患者实施常规康复训练，观察组患者在此基础上加中药泡洗结合针灸治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效。结果：和对照组患者相比，观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著偏高，差异显著P＜0.05.结论：中药泡洗结合针灸治疗脑梗死后肩手综合征临床效果显著，值得推广。

Conclusion:Clinical effect of combined acupuncture and moxibustion with acupuncture on shoulder hand syndrome after cerebral infarction is significant, which is worth popularizing.
