胰腺手术患者术后胰岛素强化治疗护理研究

目的：探究胰腺手术患者术后胰岛素强化治疗的护理要点。方法：对近三年来我院收治的行胰腺手术治疗的30例患者,给予手术后的患者胰岛素强化治疗,并根据患者的具体情况给予适当的护理,观察护理结局。结果：经过强化治疗以及积极的护理后,29例患者在强化治疗期间血糖均控制良好,只有1例患者出现低血糖现象,经过抢救后好转;所有的患者均康复出院,没有发现严重的并发症。结论：给予胰腺手术患者术后胰岛素强化治疗护理可以将血糖控制在满意的范围内,加快患者的康复进程,值得临床推广使用。

Intensive insulin therapy for patients with pancreatic surgery

Objective:To explore the nursing points of intensive insulin therapy for patients with pancreatic surgery. Methods:30 patients with pancreatic surgery in our hospital during the past three years were treated with intensive insulin therapy. According to the specific conditions of the patients, appropriate nursing care was given. Results:after intensive treatment and positive nursing, 29 patients in the intensive treatment during the blood glucose was controlled well, only 1 case patients with hypoglycemia, better after the rescue;all the patients recovered and were discharged and found no serious complications. Conclusion: the nursing care of patients with pancreatic surgery can be treated with intensive insulin therapy, which can control the blood glucose in a satisfactory range and speed up the recovery process, which is worthy of clinical application.
