| 摘 要： | 目的 对托槽喷砂后对粘接强度的影响进行评估。方法 60颗人类前磨牙随机平分为两组采用复合树脂(DM)根据两种实验设计对方丝弓托槽进行粘接；对照组根据产品使用粘接；喷砂组对托槽进行喷砂处理后再做同样处理。记录抗剪切强度和残留粘接剂指数(ARI)。结果 对照组和喷砂组的抗剪切强度、ARI记分差异显著。结论 在体外研究中，与对照组相比，托槽喷砂后获得了较高的粘接强度和较低的ARI记分。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of surface treatment with sand blasting on bracket bonding strength.Methods Sixty extracted human premolars were randomly divided into 2 groups.Edgewise brackets were bonded with compsite resin(DM) according to two protocols.The brackets were bonded as recommended by the manufacture in the control group.In the sandblasting group did the same treatment after sand blasting on brackets.The shear bond strength and ARI score were recorded.Results There were statistically significant differences between the control and sand blasting group in both shear bond strength and ARI score.Conclusion In vitro,sand blasting on the bracket can obtain a higher bond strength and a lower ARI score compared with the control. |
